Charter.net Managing Email Addresses

  1. Click on "Log in" from www.charter.com.

     

  2. Login to your Charter account with your My Account username and passwword. If you have not registered for a My Account username yet, you may type in the account number from the top right corner of your bill to create one.



  3. From the My Charter Account screen, click on "Internet Services & Tools."



  4. From the Manage Email Accounts section, you may edit an existing email address, or click Create New Email Address.

    Note: If you have not selected a Parent account, you must choose one before any other modifications can be made.
