And because we always strive to offer our customers value, they enjoy unlimited local and long distance calling for one low monthly fee.

The Charter Bundle™ – Maximum Value at an Affordable Price

To provide our customers with additional savings and convenience, we offer bundles of two or three Charter services for one value-based price. Customers who combine their cable television, high-speed Internet, and telephone services into a “triple-play” bundle receive the greatest value for their communication dollars. As a result, more than half of our customers are currently enrolled in “The Charter Bundle™.”

As part of this technology platform, our Customer Care representatives assist our customers over the phone, by e-mail, via online chat, and through interaction on social media. Regardless of the technology used, however, Charter representatives always strive to meet our customers’ needs and resolve their issues during the first contact.
